About Us

Who We Are

We are one of the 11,000 congregations of the Evangelical Church of America. We have been in Elkhart since 1960, beginning as a mission start congregation on the south side of Elkhart.

We are a liturgical church that enjoys the rich historic gifts of the past generations in harmony with those of the present. All baptized Christians are welcome to participate in the Sacrament of Holy Communion. If you have not been baptized, we would like to share with you the blessing of a life in Christ.

One of our strengths at Redeemer is the fellowship we whare in God's Holy Spirit. We enjoy being together! Whether you are a first time guest or a life-long member, the greeting you will receive is sure to be warm and welcoming!

Fellowship is not just for the good times. Even more important is the support we share in times of trial. Our Prayer Chain is dedicated to lifting the needs of all in prayer to God. Our Food Pantry is available to help out when times are tough. We also support various organizations in our community with their mission.
